No refunds will be issued after August 21, 2024. Substitutions are allowed at no charge, but must be made by September 1, 2024. Registration questions can be sent to tapia-registration@cmd-it.org.
Dr. Richard A. Tapia is a mathematician and professor in the Department of Computational and Applied Mathematics at Rice University in Houston, Texas. He is internationally known for his research in the computational and mathematical sciences and is a national leader in education and outreach.
