Plot. The leader of the Shanghai mafia, Yukishiro Enishi, arrives in Tokyo to search for the former government assassin Himura Kenshin. He and his allies, who all have a grudge with Kenshin, begin their assault on the city. They first fire a cannon at the Akabeko restaurant, resulting in multiple casualties.
