Overview. Vernon Praiseworthy is a clumsy but lovable dope who stands to inherit his uncle's fortune. The condition is that he travel the rails as a penniless hobo just as his uncle did in the dark days of the depression.
As the last living relative of mega-rich railroader Choo-Choo Trayne, Vernon could inherit the whole fortune, but first this good-hearted bumbler has to learn the ropes by hitting the rails as a hobo. Traveling incognito with Bo, his uncle's street-smart canine sidekick, Vernon tries to hop his firs.
