Red Shadow (RED SHADOW 赤影, Reddo Shadō Akakage) is a 2001 Japanese samurai film directed by Hiroyuki Nakano. The film stars Masanobu Andō in the title role and features a guest star appearance of Tomoyasu Hotei returning from the 1998 spin-off and virtual prequel Samurai Fiction .

The Red Shadow: Directed by Roy Mack. With Alexander Gray, Bernice Claire, Max Stamm, Gracie Worth. General Bierbeau sends his weakling son Pierre to French Morocco to fight Arab insurgents (the "Riffs") in the hopes that this will toughen him up. Pierre soon becomes the Riffs' leader and assumes a secret identity: "The Red Shadow."
