Shooter is a 2007 American action thriller film directed by Antoine Fuqua and written by Jonathan Lemkin, based on the 1993 novel Point of Impact by Stephen Hunter. Synopsis. During a TV debate, reporter and political commentator Mia Moesgaard is pressured into saying that she won’t be surprised if citizens will go far to stop the risky oil drillings in Greenland or even turn to violence.
Cowboy Michael Atherton intervenes on behalf of a prostitute, Wendy, who is being terrorized by a gang of thugs. He guns down the attackers and shepherds her to safety.
