Strangler of the Swamp is an awesome little slice of spooky, swampy, ghostly revenge. The storytelling is super efficient, smashing out creepy fog-drenched scenes one after another in a fast sixty minutes. The blurry ghost effects are really effective, and the titular phantom strangler is both unsettling and sympathetic.
