Dark Medicine (originally known as The Eugenist) is a 2013 American horror film produced, written and directed by Tariq Nasheed.
The contemporary history of eugenics began in the late 19th century, when a popular eugenics movement emerged in the United Kingdom, [12] and then spread to many countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, [13] and most European countries (e.g. Sweden and Germany ).
This mishmash of perverted science, zombie creatures, government agents and dumb teenagers was viewed under the title THE EUGENIST. A secret bio-warfare lab sequestered in an abandoned school was the hub of experiments to cultivate a virus that would wipe out the world's "bad stock" of people.
