The story of three friends bound by a pact which, after twenty years, is beginning to unravel. After devising a fool-proof horse-racing scam, Vinnie invited his girlfriend Rosie to share in the take, but things went awry when Rosie and Vinnie's best friend Carter ran off with the money.
