Madeleine and Jean-Paul are lovers. One night they are discovered by Madeleine's husband whom Madeleine then accidentally shoots. The two plan to meet on October 13th, in a cafe in Strasbourg. But before then, Jean-Paul is involved in a car accident and gets amnesia.
