Synopsis. In 2007, Imphal (Manipur), a pregnant Mary Kom (Priyanka Chopra), heading towards the hospital with her husband Onler Kom (Darshan Kumar). The city is under curfew due to communal riots. Onler is mistaken for an insurgent and beaten when he tries to find a vehicle despite a curfew.
