Olive were a British trip hop group from London, England. The founding membership consisted of producer, instrumentalist and songwriter Tim Kellett, producer and keyboard programmer Robin Taylor-Firth, and singer Ruth-Ann Boyle. The band has released two albums, the second without Taylor-Firth.

Extra Virgin is the debut album by British trip hop band Olive, originally released in 1996. The album includes the single "You're Not Alone", which originally reached number 42 in the UK Singles Chart in 1996 and when re-released in 1997 it reached number one.

Olive. More images. Profile: Formed in 1995 by singer Ruth-Ann Boyle, keyboardist Tim Kellett and beat-master Robin Taylor-Firth. Kellett was a member of Simply Red for their first nine years, as well as an occasional collaborator with UK pop-soul band Lighthouse Family.
Olive (band) was formed in 2010. The name of the band was taken from Olive plant-a species of small tree in the family Oleaceae, native to the coastal areas of the eastern Mediterranean Basin as well as northern Iraq, and northern Iran at the south of the Caspian Sea.
