Kulilay Amit, Han Chinese name Chang Hui-mei (Chinese: 張惠妹), better known by her stage name A-Mei (阿妹, born 9 August 1972), is a Taiwanese singer and record producer of Puyuma descent. Born as Amit Kulilay in the rugged mountains of eastern Taiwan, she made her debut in 1996.
