Kerzner, 58, an entrepreneur who co-founded DNA Labs Canada, received 12,875 votes or 46 per cent of the vote. Liberal candidate Shelley Brown, 69, a human rights and employment lawyer, came in second with 8,984 votes or 32 per cent of the vote.
