Walter Woon Cheong Ming SC (born 12 September 1956) is a Singaporean lawyer who served as the fifth attorney-general of Singapore between 2008 and 2010.
Walter Woon is a Professor of Law at NUS, with research interests in Criminal Law, Company Law and International Law. He was also a Nominated Member of Parliament, an Ambassador, a Solicitor-General and an Attorney-General of Singapore.

Professor Woon is a Senior Consultant and Non-Executive Chairman of RHTLaw Asia, with experience in legal practice, diplomacy and academia. He is the author of several law books, including The ASEAN Charter: A Commentary, and has held various prestigious positions, such as Attorney-General and Singapore's ambassador to the EU.
