Hamilton, James Albert (1869–1953), 3rd duke of Abercorn and first governor of Northern Ireland, was born 30 November 1869, son of James Hamilton (qv), 2nd duke of Abercorn, and Lady Mary Anna Curzon, daughter of the 1st Earl Howe.
