Kenneth Joel Hotz (born May 3, 1967) is a Canadian comedy writer, filmmaker, entertainer and television personality. He is best known as the star of the reality comedy show Kenny vs. Spenny alongside Spencer Rice. Hotz is the creator of the FX series Testees, and Kenny Hotz's Triumph of the Will.

Testees is a Canadian television series created by Kenny Hotz, and written and produced by Kenny Hotz and Derek Harvie. It originally aired on FX and ran from October 9, 2008, to January 1, 2009. [1] . It debuted on October 14, 2008, on Showcase in Canada. The show was filmed in Toronto and Hamilton, Ontario.
