Yixuan (16 October 1840 – 1 January 1891), formally known as Prince Chun, was an imperial prince of the House of Aisin-Gioro and a statesman of the Manchu -led Qing dynasty in China. He was the father of the Guangxu Emperor (his second son), and the paternal grandfather of Puyi (the Last Emperor) through his fifth son Zaifeng . Family background.

Yixuan was a member of the Aisin Gioro clan, and was the seventh son of the Daoguang Emperor (r.1821-1850). The title Prince Chun (Chun junwang) was conferred on him when his brother ascended the throne in 1850 as the Xianfeng Emperor. In 1872, Prince Chun was elevated in rank, his Chinese title changing to Chun qinwang.
