Louise of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg (Louise Dorothea Pauline Charlotte Fredericka Auguste); (21 December 1800 – 30 August 1831) was the wife of Ernst I, Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha and the mother of Duke Ernst II and Prince Albert, husband of Queen Victoria.
Louise of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg (German: Luise, Prinzessin von Sachsen-Gotha-Altenburg; 9 March 1756 – 1 January 1808) was Duchess consort of Mecklenburg-Schwerin through her marriage to Frederick Francis I, Grand Duke of Mecklenburg, Louise was also a member of the House of Mecklenburg.
Louise Leopoldine von Meyern Hohenburg (1815-65) was born in Coburg and remained in her hometown throughout most of her life. Her career spanned the sister arts of sculpture and painting. As a local artist, she executed several portraits of the family of Duke Ernst I of Saxe Coburg, including a notable group likeness of 1842.
