Cockermouth School is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form located in Cockermouth in the English county of Cumbria. [1] Previously a community school administered by Cumbria County Council, Cockermouth School converted to academy status in September 2015.

Sep 1, 2023 · The school in Cumbria has to shut four small corridors and the library and sports hall after being told to do so by the Department for Education. Structural engineers are assessing the building and the school will reopen on Wednesday.
