Hua Yi Secondary School (abbreviation: HYSS) is a government secondary school located in Jurong West, Singapore. Founded in 1956 as Hua Yi Government Chinese Middle School.
Hua Yi Secondary School is a mixed-medium school that started in 1956 as the first government Chinese middle school in Singapore. It has a rich heritage of nurturing xinyao and bonsai talents, and aims to be a school for inculcating values, inspiring talents and impacting communities.
