She is the third daughter of renown artist Hokusai Katsushika. As a child, she watched her father and became fond of painting. As an adult, she divorced a few years after marrying and then assisted her father.
Based on novel “Kurara” by Makate Asai(first published from December, 2014 to November, 2015 in literary magazine Shosetsu Shincho).
