The University of New Orleans (UNO) is a public research university in New Orleans, Louisiana. First opened in 1958 as Louisiana State University in New Orleans, it is the largest public university and one of two doctoral research universities in the Greater New Orleans region.
For the Fall, Summer, and Spring terms, applicants with a 2.5+ core GPA who do not meet test score requirements, or do not submit test scores will be admitted based on core GPA alone. For any questions please contact the Privateer Enrollment Center at admissions@uno.edu.
