The COE bidding exercise in Singapore occurs twice a month, always starting on the first and third Mondays of the month at 12 pm local time. The bid then closes on both Wednesdays of that week, with a final cutoff at 4 pm SGT.
You can revise your bid upwards to remain in the running for a COE in the current exercise, or go for a new bidding exercise next time. Bids must be revised upwards in multiples of $1. For each successful revision, you will receive a new Acknowledgement Code.
