Applicability of Practice Directions. (1) These Practice Directions shall apply to civil proceedings commenced in the State Courts on or after 1 April 2022 unless otherwise provided for in these Practice Directions.
STATE COURTS PRACTICE DIRECTIONS 2021. To cater for the changes made by the Rules of Court 2021, a new edition of the State Courts Practice Directions (called the “State Courts Practice Directions 2021”) will come into operation at the same time as the Rules of Court 2021 on 1 April 2022.
