Fuck You and Eat Shit is the sixth episode of the first season of The Peripheral. It premiered on November 18, 2022.
Flynne and Wilf discover Aelita’s ties to the Neoprims, who want to destory London as we know it. Inspector Lowbeer makes her appearance in London and demands to meet Flynne, Burton and Conner.
In 2028, in Texas, a group of Marine Corps including Burton and his friends, are in a battlefield. They see a dog behind a fence and debate letting him free when a bomb goes off, paralyzing Conner.
Detective Ainsley and her assistant, Beatrice, look into Daniel’s death. Meanwhile, Tommy is told to take a leave of absence. He realizes that something fishy is going on and his boss, who rescued Bob from the car crash, is probably taking a payout from the Research Institute.
Flynne learns from Wilf that the London in the future she knows is part of the visual stimulation- the people there aren’t real, they’re just there to make others feel less alone. They search for clues about Aelita at a shop that sold Aelita her own peripheral. Flynne and Wilf also realize that the reason Cherise is telling Flynne she stole something is that Aelita must have downloaded data into a physical object in Flynne’s own timeline. Wilf asks Reggie about Aelita and he said he can’t say because the Neoprims are after him.
Macon helps Conner with his wheelchair and Conner asks him about Flynne’s headset. He asks about the amount of time one can spend in a peripheral and implies he wants to enter a peripheral as well. Macon tells him that’s not possible but Conner pushes back.
Ash makes peripherals for both Conner and Burton, after Flynne convinced them to.
Dee tells Constantine to take leave since he has a concussion and is getting himself mixed up in something. Constantine, however, is insistent on getting to the bottom of what’s going on since he gave his word to the Fishers he’d protect them.
