At Yizhong Night Market, I really enjoyed the super crispy stinky tofu at 21 Stinky Tofu. The deep fried chicken fillets (雞排 or jipai) at this stall are really popular, while most locals consider the traditional shaved ice desserts here a must. Yizhong Street Night Market is just north of Taichung Park.
