Pass holders can use EP eService to update passport and contact details.

EP Online is a convenient system which allows both EP Holders and S Pass holders to update their residential addresses as well using the eService system. Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is upgrading to the eService facility in stages.
For Employment Agency: 1. Appoint a new administrator as your organisation has no active administrator. 2. Register or reinstate your EP eService and WP Online account to transact on behalf of an organisation.

If it is the first time that your company is applying for an Employment Pass, it will have to register with Employment Pass (EP) online first to get an EPOL account with MOM.
The current salary threshold for the EP is $3,300. However, aside from the minimum salary, the applicant’s educational qualifications and work experiences will be considered by the Ministry of Manpower (“MOM”) in granting the EP.
