To apply for or renew a Re-Entry Permit, you must be a PR and hold a valid travel document with at least three months’ validity. Apply Online Documents Required and Procedure. You must renew your REP online using e-Service within three months prior to its expiry date. You are not required to submit any documents, unless requested by ICA.

Start the application process from ICA’s website through any of the below methods: Login to MyICA from the top navigation bar and access e-Services > Permanent Residence > Apply/Sponsor for Permanent Residence from the dashboard. Once your PR application is approved, ICA will issue you with an In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter containing administrative details/conditions. Singapore PR applicants and sponsor who have received the PR IPA letter must be present in person at ICA Building to complete Singapore PR formalities.
Applications will be processed within 6 weeks, provided all the required documents are submitted and in order. Some applications may take longer to process. You will be informed of the outcome of the LTVP application via email. You may also check the LTVP application status online at MyICA or the e-Service.
