1. Open the Great Eastern app. Tap Singpass. 2. You will be directed to Singpass and be presented with a QR code. Tap the QR code to begin the authentication process. 3. Tap Approve to log into the Great Eastern app. 4. If required, use Face ID or another biometric to authenticate your identity.
The Great Eastern Singapore app is a one-stop policy servicing mobile app that allows you to easily access your Great Eastern Singapore policy information and e-services to manage your wealth and protection policies.
1. Sign in to the Great Eastern app using your Singpass or Great ID. 2. Tap More from the bottom menu. 3. Tap Documents. 4. You will see a list of your most recent eDocuments. Tap Policy contracts at the top of the screen to view your policy contracts.
