Stephy Tang Lai-yan (Chinese: 鄧麗欣; born 15 October 1983) is a Hong Kong singer and actress. She was formerly the leader of the Cantopop group Cookies.
鄧麗欣（英語： Stephy Tang Lai Yan ，1983年10月15日 — ），前香港青年排球隊隊員，香港 女歌手及演員，女子組合Cookies的成員。她早年曾涉足香港樂壇，2002年以Cookies成員身份出道，2005年開始雙棲發展，同年單飛發展並推出首張白金唱片《Coloring Stephy》 。
