Sep 2, 2020 · We want to upgrade this Web Application to make it run on EDGE. as ActiveX control is no longer an option, Is there a way/any different control equivalent to ActiveX, which I can leverage on to add it as an addOn in the EDGE browser, so the users can open/edit word documents. Based on the experience of other community members, to disable access to specific websites you may indeed need to use additional extensions. Or you may need to block the scope of a particular website at the system level via the " hosts " file.

Dec 12, 2023 · 1-Open the Microsoft Edge. 2-Click on the three dots (...) and click on settings. 3-Click on "Reset settings" on the left panel. 4-Click on "Restore settings to their default values" and then click on the "Reset" button. 5-When finished, relaunch the Edge and check if the problem is fixed.
