hotmail.com is nowadays just one of several aliases for outlook.live.com, so that's where you'd expect to end up. Just sign in with your Hotmail email address and password when you get there. It is no longer possible to "add", to sync the old hotmail account to another account like a newer outlook.com account. Try the other suggested solutions. * Added in December 2019. * Additional info on adding/linking an account.
