When that normally happens i automatically put the book down, but with A Walk To Remember I couldnt, I just had to keep reading. A Walk To Remember is told in the point of view of, 17 year old Landon Carter. Landon Carter and Jamie Sullivan are two 17 year olds, seniors in high school.
Synopsis. When a prank on a fellow high-school student goes wrong, popular but rebellious Landon Carter (Shane West) is threatened with expulsion. His punishment is mandatory participation in various after-school activities, such as tutoring disadvantaged children and performing in the drama club's spring musical.
Set in a small town during the 1950s, A Walk to Remember is the story of an only son of a wealthy family that finds true love with the most unexpected person. The daughter of a minister (Mandy Moore) meets the only son (Shane West) and the story takes us through hard times, love and bitter sweet passion.
