Lieve, Met de optie Happy Time International bel je met je vaste lijn na 17 u, in het weekend en op feestdagen zonder bijkomende kosten naar andere vaste lijnen in de meeste Europese landen en naar Marokko, Turkije, de Verenigde Staten en Canada. Telefoontjes op weekdagen tussen 8 en 17u zijn wel betalend.

Wel, wij sturen gratis en voor niks een technicus naar je woning die zal uitzoeken of jouw Proximus installatie werkt zoals het zou moeten, perfect dus 😉.

Pas na een maand telefonisch gecontracteerd geweest met dan de mededeling dat hiervoor geen technieken zal langskomen, moeten zelf maar uitkijken voor een oplossing…. Service:😔😔😔😔.

I returned the "normal" decoder IPV5001 through BPost on 10 February 2021 with serial number 300122842. Inexplicably Proximus wants I return two more decoders, that I never received and obviously cannot return, with Product ID 16030136 (both) and RMA-number 71701YZTQ and 71701YZTR. If I do not give back to 6 March 2021 I have to pay € 298.
