Mar 26, 2024 · This is a problem on my XiD-P box as well, only for Newsmax. My more expensive DVR box is fine. It first happened a few years ago with a different ancillary X1 box. I traded that box in at that time, and I got a replacement that has worked until a few weeks ago. Now it's happening again, with a different box and different tv.
Jul 10, 2024 · I am glad you are enjoying Newsmax! Your channel lineup can be found in the Xfinty app. You can search by channel name to easily find what you are looking for. I checked and the channel is listed on number 1115 in your area. The voice remote is also very handy. You can say Newsmax into the remote to tune to the station.

Jan 4, 2023 · I watch Newsmax all day, and it keeps switching to other Newsmax programs, or commercials, then switches back after about five seconds (Yes, I timed it) this seems to happen more in the early hours of programming, other than later ones. I even watched other news outlets to see if it happened there as well, and it doesn't.

I no longer have an X1 box, but I think if you hit up-arrow to show the timebar, there are several icons to the left. One is for audio channel. 0.
