If the registration failed saying product serial number is not found/invalid...Then it is a "suspicious" / Export set from other countries!. As whether if it is a brand new set or "opened" set!

Oct 9, 2021 · Not sure which Samsung product you are referring? Samsung TV is 3 years warranty. Dont think Philips offer 3 years warranty for all their product anyway. By the way, you may want to know Philips do not manufacture TV anymore. The brand is sold to a Chinese company (I believe is base in Hong Kong).

It earns a HUGE chunk of money for Dept stores. A friend was pushed to and fro by Dept store and Sony when he tried to invoke his warranty about his spoiled Sony TV.
