Here at Emmanuel, we believe that church is more than just a Sunday service. We are family, and there is a place here in this home for everyone. Our desire is to see people encounter and be transformed by the love and reality of Christ.
We believe in the Great Commission and want to see people transformed by the love of God. Our story began in 1958, in a rented single-storey terrace house at 25 Everitt Road. We were part of Elim Church and was called Elim Chapel.

Oct 4, 2021 · Rev Mark Poh is currently the Senior Pastor of Emmanuel Assembly of God. He graduated from the University of Waikato, New Zealand where he also received Jesus as his Lord and Savior in 1980. He served in the marketplace for 17 years before he was called into full-time ministry, joining the church as the youth pastor in 1999.
