Jan 10, 2022 · The Curry Chicken Bao features the same curry puff filling as the Curry’O, but wrapped in a bao skin, with pleats to resemble the traditional deep-fried curry puff. Instead of a fried-to-golden-brown puff pastry, these are steamed.
