To apply for or renew a Re-Entry Permit, you must be a PR and hold a valid travel document with at least three months’ validity. Apply Online Documents Required and Procedure. You must renew your REP online using e-Service within three months prior to its expiry date. You are not required to submit any documents, unless requested by ICA.

Start the application process from ICA’s website through any of the below methods: Login to MyICA from the top navigation bar and access e-Services > Permanent Residence > Apply/Sponsor for Permanent Residence from the dashboard. If you are aged 15 and above, you can submit the application using your Singpass at ICA e-Service. If you are aged below 15, you can submit the application via the non-Singpass option at ICA e-Service. Are a PR and an Aged Parent of a Singapore citizen.
Applications will be processed within 6 weeks, provided all the required documents are submitted and in order. Some applications may take longer to process. You will be informed of the outcome of the LTVP application via email. You may also check the LTVP application status online at MyICA or the e-Service.
