Aug 3, 2015 · Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Joseph Leong is the team leader of the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF)'s 2015 Black Knights team. The 46-year-old is a flying instructor in 140 Squadron (SQN) at Tengah Air Base. LTC Leong joined the RSAF in 1987 and has flown the A-4SU, F-5 and F-16 fighter aircraft. He has over 4,200 flying hours under his belt.
