Select 'Reset password' Enter your NRIC or FIN details, followed by Singpass Face Verification or SMS One-Time Password. Create your new Singpass password
You will need to reset your Singpass password via one of the following options: (a) Access the Reset Password function on the Singpass website. Please note that this is applicable only if you have registered your contact details and set up your security questions and answers.
