Nov 16, 2023 · The process for changing your Riot ID is the same regardless of what games you play: Go to your Riot Account page. Change your Riot ID and tag however you like. Click Save Changes. If you play League or TFT PC, you'll also be able to change your Riot ID in-client: Enter the Shop. Click the Account button. Select the Riot ID Change offer.

Jun 28, 2024 · Your Riot ID is what your friends will see in-game. This is the display name that you will be known by on screen and in friend lists. Unlike your login username, your Riot ID can be changed. Changes to your display names will not affect your username or the way you log in.
