Officers PK Highsmith ( Samuel L. Jackson) and Chris Danson ( Dwayne Johnson) are the most bad ass cops that New York City has ever seen. The movie opens with them engaged in a high speed chase creating a wanton destruction path of every block that they cross. They do manage to capture the criminals at high speeds.

They hate each other and the monotony of their meaningless jobs, as they’re forced to live in the shadow of the two biggest and most badass cops on the force (Samuel L. Jackson and Dwayne Johnson).
The other guys is one of my personal favorites! The only thing is its a tiny bit pricey. Now I know that some movies such as star wars can be quite a bit more like a price $25. The thing with these types of movies is that they are very large titles and have a tomato meter of over 80-90%.
