An interlocution is an idea starts, you’ll see the starting of an idea in verse 2, the idea concludes, you’ll see the idea concluding in verse 4, and everything in between fills out, or better explains, that idea started in verse 2 and ending in verse 4, an interlocution.

The Bible tells us God wants everyone to be saved (1 Timothy 2:3-4, 2 Peter 3:9) and that whoever believes in Jesus will not perish but will have everlasting life (John 3:16). In fact it says believing that God sent Jesus to save us is the only thing God requires of us (John 6:28-29). It also says the decision to be saved is ours to make.
