- McConkie Ranch. Located in Dry Fork Canyon near Vernal, Utah, McConkie Ranch Petroglyphs features a trail that extends to nearly 3/4 mile along the cliffs over the ranch and shows many panels of rock art, including mostly petroglyphs and a bit of pictograph in what is known as the Classic Vernal Style.
