Dividends for the Second Half Ended 31 December 2023 Ordinary share dividend. The Directors recommend the payment of a final tax-exempt dividend of 85 cents (2022: final dividend of 75 cents) per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.
Feb 22, 2024 · The board recommended a final dividend of 85 cents per share, bringing the total dividend for the whole of 2023 to $1.70. This represents a payout ratio of about 50 per cent.
The dividends will be paid in cash on 12 May 2023. The UOB scrip dividend scheme will not be applied to the final dividend. Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Bank will be closed on 3 May 2023, for determining shareholders’ entitlements to the final dividend.
