    The Ann Who Came to Dinner is the 13th episode of Season 11 on NBC series Frasier.

    Ann Hodges grudgingly agrees to assess Frasier's apartment for a home insurance quote; but when she falls and breaks her leg, Frasier is afraid she will sue. Meanhwile, Maris has been released on bail and plans to use Niles as a decoy in her escape plan.

Kaufman and opened on Broadway at the Music Box Theatre on October 16, 1939 and ran for 739 performances. The play concerns an acerbic radio-commentator who spends Christmas with a Midwest family after he slips on ice outside their home and injures his hip.

Martin joins Frasier, Roz and Niles at Cafe Nervosa wearing a jacket he hasn't worn for some time and to Frasier's horror, Martin discovers Frasier's home insurance renewal cheque in one of the pockets leaving him uninsured. He is immediately on the phone to his broker, who informs him that his premium has doubled.
