From late June to early August, the enchanting lavender blossoms create a picturesque landscape that signifies the onset of early summer in Hokkaido.
Tomita Farm is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Furano, and is one of the top spots during the spring and summer. It is a huge area that is divided into different fields of stunning flowers, souvenir shops and food stalls.

This is an attraction with all aspects of a must-visit location: history, amazing scenery, good food and treasured souvenirs.We visited Farm Tomita on 7 October 2019. We took a taxi which cost slightly below 700 yen, as there were no other means of public transport to the place.
