Mar 1, 2020 · As part of the STB’s efforts to go digital and expedite licence issuance to travel agents, STB will be transiting towards the issuance of the Travel Agent licence in a downloadable digital format via TRUST from 15 September 2022.
TRUST is a portal for tourist guides in Singapore, where they can access licensing information, training courses, industry reports and events, and connect with travel agents.

Please log into the Travel Agents and Tourist Guides Licensing System (TRUST). Current licensees can manage licence-related matters such as renewal, cessation or switch of licence tier through the same portal. Application for new licence. Application Fee of S$200 and Licence Fee of S$400.
Nov 2, 2022 · As part of STB’s efforts to go digital and streamline workflows, all TA Licences will be issued electronically via the Travel Agents and Tourist Guides Licensing System (TRUST) with effect from 15 September 2022. Travel agents will be able to access their licence via the TRUST portal after their licence applications or renewals are approved.
