Jan 4, 2020 · The official stance is that all applications are reviewed holistically, so they will look at more than just your GPA. But definitely, the higher the better; SUTD’s curriculum is really quite rigorous so they want to ensure those who come in have a sufficiently strong foundation.
Nov 2, 2022 · From what I know, SUTD does not impose a minimum CGPA requirement for Local Polytechnics. In fact, admission favors your Diploma in Engineering. Generally, NUS, NTU, SuSS and SIT have similar grading methods. The maximum GPA is 5.0, corresponding to a grade A or A+ for a particular subject. This means that if you score A or A+ for all the subjects that you take, you will get achieve a 5.0 GPA in the end.
Graduate opportunities also include the SUTD PhD Programme. Candidates will spend up to one year in the United States and the other year in Singapore, receiving master's degrees from both MIT and SUTD.
